Why do right-wingers hate their fellow Americans?

Jebus! Here's another conservative douchebag spreading more hate.....

http://www.nydailynews.com/news/politics/2009/07/29/2009-07-29_fox_news_glenn_beck_president_barack_obama_is_racist_with_deepseated_hatred_of_w.html

How the fuck are these assholes constantly dividing America when it's in such bad shape? I can't recall if they've ever been constructive to the country's rebuilding by offering clever and genuine solutions to national problems. It seems that all they could muster up are: (i) lower taxes for the wealthy, especially the capital gains tax for the folks with a portfolio and who don't have to work; (ii) a smaller government so that they can run it to ground as evidenced by W's exemplary administration; and, (iii) to whiplash America into a middle age theocracy (mind you that these religious schmucks are pushing a Christian world domination agenda much like their Muslim counterparts, except that they have wealth and better technology).

Seriously folks, why do these right-wingers hate their fellow Americans so much?

Here are some indications of their arrogant idiocy:

1. Bill O'Reilly: http://politicalirony.com/2009/07/28/bill-oreilly-is-a-complete-idiot/
(thanks to Political Irony)

2. Ann Coulter does the right thing but gets slammed: http://scienceblogs.com/dispatches/2009/07/when_youre_too_nuts_for_ann_co.php

3. W: At a Fourth of July celebration at Monticello (Jefferson’s home) President Bush misquoted Jefferson. Here’s what Bush said:

On the 50th anniversary of America’s independence, Thomas Jefferson passed away. But before leaving this world, he explained that the principles of the Declaration of Independence were universal. In one of the final letters of his life, he wrote, “May it be to the world, what I believe it will be — to some parts sooner, to others later, but finally to all — the signal of arousing men to burst the chains, and to assume the blessings and security of self-government.”

But what Jefferson actually wrote contains an anti-religious statement:

May it be to the world, what I believe it will be, (to some parts sooner, to others later, but finally to all) the signal of arousing men to burst the chains under which monkish ignorance and superstition had persuaded them to bind themselves, and to assume the blessings and security of self-government.

It is ironic that Bush, who edited Jefferson, so actively promotes “monkish ignorance and superstition”.

(again, thanks to Political Irony)

4. Sarah Palin. Nuff said.
